Hailing from Waterloo Region, Ontario Canada, CCA Award-Winning, Rock-inspired Worship Leader and Artist Eric Fisher is bringing the heat with songs of passionate praise and time-tested truth to magnify and glorify the one true God of the Bible.

Fuelled by his rich love for God the Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ, Eric’s worship is unleashed, enlisting gnarly, distorted, crunchy electric guitars, thumpy, chonky bass, and gut-busting drums, to make a jubilant sound for the One who is worthy. Percussive acoustic guitars, watery pads, grounding piano, and hustling shakers also work together, to all bring their offering of honour and devotion to the Maker.

The Jesus Wins EP (2025), Eric’s debut self-released EP, is utterly stuffed-to-the-rafters-full of ready-for-blast-off energy, beginning with Celebrate! (Official Video here) an absolute party song, calling worshippers to proclaim the truth of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and ascribe the joy and wonder of Easter to this historical event - and to the One who made it happen of course. Celebrate! declares that there’s no time like the present to dance in triumph, as we come face to face again with the reality of the empty tomb, and also live in the faith-filled hope of our own resurrection. Coming in a hot second, First Love Now (Official Video here) is Eric’s idol-smashing, pointed profession of priorities, lifting Jesus up as first and foremost in his life. This loud and proud, before-and-after salvation song boldly boasts of the gracious and merciful incarnational love of God that takes root in his world, and results in unadulterated, fervour-filled freedom to step into his calling as an adopted child of the Most High. Finally, the herald title track Jesus Wins (Official Video here) unashamedly announces the forever-current certainty of the Son of God’s victory, moment to moment, age to age. This anthem invites the Church to flat-out fearlessness, focussing on the majesty and supremacy of Christ, even as He turns every tragedy into a testimony of His greatness and glory.

In 2025, Eric was awarded Songwriter of the Year at the 2025 CCA (Christian Creative Arts) Awards, while also receiving nominations for CCM/Pop Song of the Year, Rock Song of the Year, and Music Video of the Year. With 15+ years as a worship leader in the local church, Eric has travelled across Southern Ontario with his band and crew, the Fisher Fellowship, leading many from every generation to lift up their praise and worship to Jesus.

Eric’s prayer is that his ministry would be one of freedom for the bound, leading by example in overflowing with the fire of devotion to God, and also one of reverence for the Almighty, acknowledging His utter holiness and unchanging worthiness to receive our complete offering of heart, soul, mind, and strength. With more songs on the way, and more live events in his sights, he looks forward with anticipation and excitement to seeing God glorified again and again and again.
